How in the world is it already 2010? That means 10 years since high school, though I will admit, high school does seem like a long long time ago. That means 7 years with Jason! 2010 means 5 years since college, which feels like yesterday. 3 years since my wedding, 2 years since Noah's birth and well, honestly in the past when someone said 2010, I kinda thought we would all be driving hover crafts or space machines!
Anyway, our New Years was a blast! We spent it like we do every year for the last 6 or 7 years....PARTAY AT MATT AND JUSTINE'S! We had a delicious dinner, countless hours of Rock Band, imbibed too much fermented drink and stayed up way too late! Noah was right in the mix, he LOOOOVED the drums and if he wasn't getting a chance to rock the mic, he was sitting in Jason's lap, transfixed on the television, dancing to the Beatles, and waving his hands in imitation of Jason's mad drumming skills :) When ever the music would stop, he would shout, "mo mo mo mo", "do 'gain" and "dum dum dum" while bobbing his head and air drumming. My kid is a rock star. Noah made it until about 11:15 but had to take a car ride to officially pass out :) Jason made it back just in time for a New Years Eve kiss :)
