Something To Hold You Over

I have gotten WAAAAAY behind in my updates and it makes me sad! I have taken about a bajillion and two pictures of our summer antics and have not found the time to share them. I am working on catching up....will probably be just photos, but hey, those are the best part right?!?!

Noah is growing leaps and bounds, and continues to make me smile...he has developed quite the personality (along with a STRONG will of his own) that warms my heart and makes every sleepless night and power struggle a small bump in our daily adventures!



I suppose the biggest achievement since my last update is that Noah is a talking fool! He repeats nearly everything we say, though it is often just the syllables and as close to the right letters as possible. Most everything in Noah's world starts with either a "B" or an "M". Quite literally, (ball, bird, bath, bed, book...)so it is no surprise that he defaults to the "B" sound when babbling or trying to mimic me! My new favorite sound is when Noah babbles, he goes off to play and just talks! Making all kinds of sounds, but his go-to is some form of "ga-boo, ga-ba, ga-be!" Everytime I get the camera out though, he stops, and usually rushes the camera with the intend to kissing or touching the lens!! Anyway, here is the most recent clip with some of Noah's new "tricks." Sadly, with my attempts to get Noah to say "Mommy," I am now officially, "MaaMooo!" HA HA HA HA!
