Mr. Mischief

Noah has been CRACKING ME UP lately...he definitely has a sense of humor, but his incessant curiosity, matched with his new ability to run around and get into everything! All of his antics leave me with lots of laughs and make for some fun pictures! Here are a few of my recent favorites!

Smile today!

Noah quietly snuck away one morning, and swiped Dad's wallet!

I caught him strolling down the hallway with a hand full of twenties and he took off running when he saw me...he fell and didn't make it very far!

he quickly gave up on the cash and tried oh so so hard to empty the rest of the wallet
(i was laughing the whole time and letting him "play")

but Dad showed up and decided that his wallet
shouldn't be torn apart :(
needless to say, Noah didn't make away with any cash
(nor did he hook me up with any)

next....

MY LITTLE TOUGH GUY!

ok, I actually put his arms like that...he demanded to play with some ice cubes and then freaked out because his hands were soooo cold! After blowing on them and teaching him to rub them together, we resorted to the ol' arm pit trick...he thought the whole event was pretty fun
and humored me with the "arm pit pose!"

next....

Every morning, Noah goes with either Jason or I to to feed the cats. He has learned how to call the cats, the CUTEST thing ever, he even puts out his little hand and pinches his fingers together as he makes a clicking sound with his tongue.
I loooove it!!!

(this was the first time he did it back in July,
he has since perfected his "clicking")

Anyway, the other day, after returnign from the cat feeding event, Noah managed to bust out of our cage (aka - our gated off living room). I found him at the front door, on his tippy toes, pulling at the handle and calling the cats!
As soon as he saw me there with the camera he took his hand of the handle and tapped at the door, as if to say, "I was just, uhhh, checking out the door mom, ummmm, it's all good!" and then walked off in the opposite direction. Little stinker! Thankfully the deadbolt was locked!
(I think I'm in trouble!)

second to last...

last weekend I built a fort for Noah out of couch cousions, pillows and blankets. He wasn't too sure about it at first and just hung out on the front pillow.

Daddy joined in on the fun and in no time, Noah was romping around in the fort!
However, when I got in the fort, Noah wouldn't come in. Insead, he found the little cracks on the outside and peeked in on me with his usual, "BAA" (aka-"BOO")

and last but NOT LEAST........

sand box + newly walking toddler + watermelon face =
