Our first swim lesson happened to fall on the morning of Noah's birthday and birthday party! We got there a little late and rushed into the pool...not a good idea. Noah didn't know what to think about the people, the singing, the water, or any of it. He cried and TOTALLY FREAKED OUT for about 20 minutes of the 30 minute lesson, but by the end was all happy in the water. Jasper on the other hand was loving it. At one point it even seemed like he tried to comfort Noah by holding his hand. Japer's Grandparents came for the first lesson and took lots of pictures....thank you, and thanks for sharing them Elaine!!

Noah is now quite the little fish! Noah doesn't mind the water on his face as much, does great "sandwich hands" and "airplane arms" and loves Teacher Liz. We completed the first 4 week class session (less one class, but we mad up for it with our own trip to the pool!) and are just about finished with our second 4 week session! Noah got his first certificate!!! soooo cute!
We are going to take a break from the lessons, but due to Noah's love of swimming, we plan on spending plenty of time in the water!

Nice post, I love that he got awesome "sandwich hands" on his certificate. Jasper got "good bubbles" although most of his bubbles come from sneezing in the water. HEHE
Those boys are so freaking cute! I think the back float pictures are my favorite. They look like they are at a spa day or something- so relaxed. haha
